Everything was great, like in the photos. It's 1 bedroom and an attic with lots of mattresses... that's also the problem, because the windows aren't darkened and it's quite bright - and it's really loud outside in the summer/weekends.

-the noise from outside, as it is a small alley, the roaring of the drunks echoes particularly loudly -missing blackout in the attic

The location, the rooms are very nice, but towels in the upper toilet and separately for the whirlpool would be VERY desirable. The place is very original and very clean. Thank you!

the communication!!! "It's just the way it is" is no communication, because the costs for each guest are not listed on booking.com, so an extra bill. Normally with booking. com there are two emails, it's been an eternity back and forth that we have to keep quiet! but there was a lot of noise from outside, stinking rejection. I got 12!!!! emails with always the same story. No real contact, contact person, someone was on his way out, etc. Constantly opening and closing the lower door is really tedious.
